Essdee Scraperboard
Essdee Scraperboards are artist grade boards used for illustrations and drawings. Made from illustration board that has a semi-gloss black Indian ink sprayed on a heavy white china coating, allowing for great contrast when making scraper art between the dense black and bright white.
Use a scraper tool to engrave lines on the smooth rigid surface, revealing the white coating beneath. A sketch can be drawn directly onto the surface using a pencil or trace a design onto the board, then scrape over your sketches to create beautiful artworks.
